Returns will only be accepted on exceptions and refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit/coupon. Exchanges will only be granted for defective products. Products being returned or exchanged must be unworn, unwashed, and in original package with relevant paperwork/receipts. Returns and defective products are to be shipped back to the store within 3 days after delivery to receive store credit and exchanges respectively. Simply A Boss is not liable for any return items lost or stolen during shipping. Customers are required to obtain authorization for returns and exchanges before shipping products back.
